COD facility available but we recommend making prepaid orders for hassle free service.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation and are delivered within 5-7 working days across most locations in India but it can take up to 10 days for remote locations. Cops reserves the right to cancel an order if unsuccessful after three attempts made at delivering it.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items, shipping method selected, and destination. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs 3000.

7. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
8. Damaged Parcel
In the event that your package arrives visibly damaged or you suspect damage, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item. Provide detailed information, including your order number, description of the damage, and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the packaging.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
